We were asked to upgrade a Host IMC Cartoner originally manufactured by Redington in 1962.  The OEM had gone out of business and was not available for servicing.  The safety package was not up to code, controls were obsolete, the machine was severely rusted, and most mechanical parts were worn out.

  • Clean and paint entire cartoner
  • New valves and pneumatic components
  • New photo eyes
  • New bearings, sprockets and chains
  • New control panel/enclosure with processor, VFD and new main drive motor
  • Guarding package
  • New product buckets
  • New operator switches and operator labels
  • New OEM parts and components (where required, fabricated by CRG)
  • Check and time cartoner
